REFUND POLICY

The Father STNDRD is committed to providing clear expectations regarding purchases of coaching services.

Coaching Services

The Father STNDRD provides personalized online fitness coaching. Because coaching involves reserved coaching capacity, individualized programming, assessments, communication, and other services that may begin shortly after enrollment, purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Before Coaching Begins

If you purchase a coaching program and need to cancel before coaching services have begun, contact The Father STNDRD as soon as possible.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the terms agreed to at enrollment and any applicable client service agreement.

After Coaching Begins

Once coaching services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or specifically provided in a written agreement with The Father STNDRD.

Choosing not to participate, failing to complete workouts or check-ins, or discontinuing participation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

The Father STNDRD 90

The Father STNDRD 90 is a 90-day coaching commitment. Clients should review the program details and applicable client agreement before purchasing.

Founding-member pricing or other promotional pricing does not change the applicable refund terms unless expressly stated in writing.

Program Cancellation by The Father STNDRD

If The Father STNDRD terminates coaching and is unable or unwilling to provide services that have already been paid for, any appropriate refund for unprovided services will be handled based on the circumstances, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a payment, please contact The Father STNDRD first so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date displayed on this page.
